Byron Bay QiGong Courses:
Healing Retreats:
ZhiNeng Qigong courses are taught in a manner similar to that of the famed Hua Xia Centre. Each course is taught as an intensive retreat. Allowing students to delve deep in to QiGong practice and experience this powerful system of QiGong in the way it was meant to be learned to facilitate self healing and evolution of consciousness.
Zhineng Qigong is a very large and comprehensive system of methods, and theory. Each course includes companion exercises, meditation, and Hun Yuan Entirety Philosophy. These include practices such as: La Qi, Wall Squats, 3 Centres Merge Standing Meditation, Straight Legs Sitting Meditation, TaJi Gong, Healing Methods, Lying posture methods, Breathing Methods and much more.
Weekly Classes:
Wu Yi QiGong is organized into levels. Levels 1 and 2 can be taken interchangeably without any prior experience. The classes run for approximately 1.5 hours, but we often go a little longer with discussions and philosophy. The classes are taught as a course, with everyone meeting at our training centre one evening per week. Course length varies between 6 weeks and 10 weeks depending on the course. Review students are welcome to attend individual classes on a casual basis or the full course for a reduced price of only $25 per class.
Every class is organized into three sections: the first 30 minutes we practice the form, then we do 30 minutes of Taoist meditation, which is then followed with 30 minutes of Taoist philosophy and theory. My goal is to have everyone experience a deep QiGong state and develop a strong understanding of the underlying philosophy, so that they can truly heal themselves and awaken to their true nature.
